Our senior level LEED AP project managers make the difference to tenant-side clients in the slippery world of 'modified BOMA', 'tenant delays’, and LEED obligations. DPA’s proprietary change-order management system allows clients more time to challenge or to op out of discretionary construction changes prior to schedule delays.

DPA is expert at evaluating alternative properties, from base-building systems and space efficiency to the analysis and negotiation of work letters. We’re able to quickly address cost and constructability of pre-visualization studies, leading subsequent implementation teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty vendors to assure results are in compliance with branding, budget, schedule, and lease requirements.
