DPA provides seasoned leadership from initial concept through successful occupancy and facilities management .  We've demonstrated these results to clients in over 150 cities (Locations) over the past 21 years. Our senior level project managers make the difference to tenants in the slippery world of 'modified BOMA' and 'tenant delays'. We have only represented tenants or owners and assisted their brokers.  We have not worked for landlords or developers.

DPA is expert at evaluating alternative properties, from base-building systems and space efficiency to the analysis and negotiation of work letters. We are able to quickly address cost and constructability of pre-visualization studies, leading subsequent implementation teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty vendors to assure results are in compliance with branding goals, image, objectives, budget, schedule, and lease requirements.
